Tortola, Peter Island and Just van Dyke

After a little week on the British Virgin Islands we found it too complicated to obtain a US visum and therefor we continued straight towards The Dominican Republic, leaving the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico towards leeward.
We found the Virgin Islands to be a wonderful crusing area, but unfortunately heavily dominated by the Tourist Industry. Many of the silent ancorages, which we still knew from 15 years ago, were now crowded with Charter Yachts.

Anyhow, snorkeling was still a unique experience.
